Born during a global pandemic in the back of a horse trailer, our pizza story has been a wild ride! From serving rural Surrey villages in times of lockdown, catering at lavish parties and weddings across southern England, then onto building our own Pizzeria & Farm Shop, our purpose remains the same. To create the finest Wood Fired Pizzas we can!

 

Our dough is made fresh every day, using only the best Italian 00 flour, salt, water and yeast. We let our dough prove for at least 24 hours, creating a light and fluffy pizza, topped with carefully selected Italian and British ingredients from our independent suppliers. Stretched by hand, and cooked at 500c in our wood fired oven, our Neapolitan Pizzas are something you have to experience...
